Job DescriptionWe are hiring a Signals Analyst with a passion for innovation and solving mission critical challenges to support our partners in INDOPACOM.This position is part of our Federal Solutions team.Specific ResponsibilitiesConduct in-depth location-based analysis to discover, develop, analyze, and report on Priority Intelligence Requirements (PIR) in support of contingency operations, operational-level planning, and joint or partner organizations throughout INDOPACOM.Utilize TechSIGINT techniques by applying expertise in Electronic Warfare (EW), FISINT, and FORNSAT to manage the discovery, characterization, and ongoing analysis of adversary activity in support of INDOPACOM operations.Develop and maintain analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure operational mission compliance.Participate in customer requirements: advise mission development, aid all-source analysis, and attend analytical and operational meetings.Support the production cycle by collaborating with Senior Reporters to author reports intended for COI / IC consumption.Required Education/Experience4+ years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; will consider experience in lieu of degree.Graduate of 450, 451, or similar course.Detailed knowledge of a wide range of SIGINT concepts, principles, and practices, and its sub-disciplines, policy, operations, tasking, and procedures to process, analyze, and report intelligence findings based upon theater and national tasking.Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to proofread, edit, and finalize intelligence products for senior leader briefings.Valid US Passport.Active DoD TS security clearance with SCI eligibility and CI poly.Flexibility regarding work locations, which may include several locations on Oahu.Preferred ExperiencePrevious experience working SIGINT analytical support with a focus on INDOPACOM threats is highly preferred.Previous experience supporting an NSA TOPI.Security Clearance RequirementAn active Top Secret security clearance is required to apply; however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.Salary Range$88,400.00 - $154,700.00BenefitsWe value our employees and want our employees to take care of their overall wellbeing, which is why we offer best‑in‑class benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays to fit your busy lifestyle!Equal OpportunityParsons is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, veteran status or any other protected status.Fraud PreventionParsons is aware of fraudulent recruitment practices.
