OverviewTransdev in Oakland, CA is hiring a Dispatcher. The Dispatcher oversees road service through communication with Operators and provides customer support to the clients. We are seeking customer service-oriented professionals who are dedicated to safety.ResponsibilitiesAssist with execution of daily operations plans that align with client specifications and priorities.Provide leadership, training, and oversight for on-site workforce to ensure daily operational goals are met.Maintain a high level of confidentiality in handling sensitive operational and personnel matters.Assist in team briefings and focused discussions, keeping employees informed of updates and expectations.Support the leadership team with managing daily tasks, including mission assignments, meetings, and stakeholder communication.Drive continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a strong focus on data-driven decision-making to improve processes and service delivery.Perform other duties as required.QualificationsHigh School Diploma or GED; Technical Degree preferred.3-5 years' experience dispatching.Excellent verbal, interpersonal and customer service skills.Problem solving and analytical skills.Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
