Advantage SCI is looking for Full‑Time Counterintelligence Analysts to be considered for employment to support our government contract with the U.S. Army. Unclassified duties below:Provide Counterintelligence (CI) support to a DOD Special Compartmented Information (SCI)/ Special Access Program (SAP)Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills; will be required to research, build, staff, and present information and decision briefsMay be required to develop and perform intelligence and threat analysisShall demonstrate current experience and knowledge with the use of IC analyst tools and applicationsProvide scheduled and unscheduled counterintelligence and Due Diligence reviews of various operational functions and conduct coordination with various government IC agencies to facilitate mission preparationMust be able to learn and become intimately familiar with the organization and be able to explain in detail relevant factors regarding unit mission, activities, and capabilitiesAssist in the analysis, coordination, and integration of intelligence information to assess developments, trends, and threat implications within critical geographical functional areasPresent a full range of CI briefings and reportsPrepare, formulate, coordinate, and staff a wide variety of operational and administrative correspondenceInterface with the Intelligence Community as requestedUpdate the Government's databases, intelligence files, and other required documents to successfully complete the missionMust stay abreast of military, political‑military, technical, and other developments to conduct valid threat assessmentsMaintain office files, prepare administrative reports, and follow established policies and proceduresMay support customer's Signature Reduction (SIGREDUX) efforts as needed to protect Critical Information and provide advice and assistance to develop SIGREDUX and identity management concepts and proceduresPerform other CI functions as designatedExperience and SkillsShall possess and maintain a current Top Secret/SCI clearance. No exceptions!Must possess four (4) years' experience in government‑related field as it relates to DoD 5105 series of publications and instructionsMust possess at least two (2) years' experience as a liaison between government agencies and in conducting CI analysis and/or All‑Source programs and operationsMust have knowledge of and familiarity using various types of analyst tools and classified message databases. Examples include: Analyst Notebook, Proton, Google Earth, Hot‑R, Palantir, ArcGIS, IC Reach, VoltronMust be proficient with Microsoft Office SuiteWorking ConditionsAble to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of timeAble to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach on a daily basisAble to lift up to 35 pounds occasionallyNoise level: low to moderateAdvantage SCI is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
