Job Details Job Location: McLean, VA 22043Position Type: Full TimeJob Category: Intelligence Operations SupportAt RenXTech, we handpick talent to align with our mission and values, ensuring our team works on impactful projects that match their skills and passion.Responsibilities Identify and evaluate possible counterintelligence concerns, provide written products and briefings, and produce detailed products.Provide subject matter expertise and guidance to customer leadership.Present research and briefing to senior level managers quickly and thoroughly and be able to react in a highly fluid environment.Actively produce collection, develop strategies, engage leadership, and implement plans.Manage multiple research projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.Qualifications Must be a U.S. Citizen.Must have an Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.Possess excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.Experience in All‑Source analysis.Experience writing IC‑related documents.Experience and understanding of research, analysis and use of tools specific to the end customer is highly desirable.Experienced in creating, reading, and processing all‑source intelligence, including the ability to conduct research, analysis, reports from all disciplines.Be able to communicate details clearly and effectively, verbally as well as in writing.Attention to detail and the ability to effectively follow‑through and manage status reporting and scheduling.Identify people, relationships and organizations and find opportunities to disrupt threats like drug networks.Identify drug trafficking networks and key players.Monitor financial flows, communications and movement patterns.Ability to simultaneously manipulate multiple sets of data to derive inputs for targeting packages.Target salary range: $160,000 - $200,000.RenXTech, a wholly owned subsidiary of Buchanan & Edwards, is an Equal Opportunity Employer.We are committed to providing equal employment opportunities in accordance with all applicable federal anti‑discrimination laws.
