Together, we are reimagining every part of the collectibles experience for fans, partners, and creators.Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to coordinate daily pickup and delivery operations for our trading card distribution business. This role is responsible for managing a fleet of 6 truck drivers delivering products to 4 regional locations, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient transportation of inventory.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for drivers, providing updates, directions, and support throughout the dayCoordinate pickup and delivery schedules to meet operational deadlines and customer expectationsMaintain accurate records of shipments, delivery times, and route performanceCommunicate with fulfillment and inventory teams to ensure that all requested movements/shipments/pickups are completed each dayEnsure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and transportation regulationsOptimize routes and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costsQualifications2+ years of dispatching, logistics, or transportation coordination experience preferredFamiliarity with routing software, GPS systems, or transportation management systems (TMS)Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environmentExcellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to problem-solve quickly and make real-time decisionsBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google WorkspaceKnowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards is preferredKey SkillsRoute planning and optimizationTime management and prioritizationAttention to detailConflict resolutionTeam coordinationBy submitting your application, you agree to our terms of service and acknowledge you have read our Candidate Privacy Policy.#J-18808-Ljbffr
