As an AI Engineer, you will work on designing, building and optimizing AI models and systems to solve complex problems and drive innovation. By helping provide solutions that improve efficiency and response time, you can help serve our citizens and make communities safer.LocationApopka, FloridaTravel0‑5%ResponsibilitiesBuild and optimize machine learning pipelines for scalability and performance.Work with large datasets, leveraging data processing techniques and feature engineering.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including software engineers, data scientists, and product managers.Deploy AI models into production environments using cloud services and containerization.Monitor and maintain AI models, ensuring performance, accuracy, and efficiency.Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies.QualificationsBasic understanding of AI technologies including large language models, natural language processing and data structuresKnowledge of Agile development practicesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or comparable work experienceAdditional experience with these technologies is preferred, but not required:Microsoft SQL ServerAWS ServicesDemonstrated proficient knowledge of software development practices, computer science theory, and understanding of relevant technologies.Demonstrated basic understanding of product architecture and all underlying technologies.Ability to work well both independently and within a team environment.Good interpersonal skills including verbal and written communication and teamwork.Well‑developed logical thinking, reasoning, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a fast‑paced, technical environment.Keen attention to detail.Strong verbal and written communication skills with both technical and non‑technical colleaguesTyler is subject to regulations, guidelines, and/or client requirements relating to the qualifications of Tyler personnel performing certain client work.
