Join us and play an important part on our incredible team!What You Get To DoAnswer incoming phone calls concerning general park information, regarding employees, contractors & guestsDisseminate park & emergency information to appropriate employeesMonitor emergency alarm systems park-wideMonitor multiple radio frequencies and disseminate information via 2‑way radios, voice, digital pagers and telephonesAssist and respond to various priority calls, including First Aid and to properly identify emergency situations and disseminate proper emergency proceduresMaintain confidentiality and professionalism at all timesCoordinate with Security Management Team to ensure guest services and quality goals are achieved to include administrative supportPerform other duties as assignedWhat It Takes To SucceedHigh school diploma or equivalentAt least 18 years oldExperience in Security and/or Emergency Dispatch environmentValid state driver's licenseAble to complete provided CPR training/certificationExcellent written and verbal communications skillsAble to multi‑task and adapt to changes in a fast paced work environmentAble to work indoors with or without A/C for entire shiftAble to sit for long periods of timeAvailable to work varying shifts/hours based on business need, to include opening, mid‑, and closing shifts; nights, weekends, and holidays hours1 year administrative or related experience preferredPossession of a valid state driver's license preferredAmbassadors will enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment, and great teammates, as well as:FREE park admissionDiscounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friendsPark discounts on food, merchandise, etc.Scholarship opportunitiesExclusive employee events and giveawaysEEO EmployerSEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
