Dispatchers are the heartbeat of the company—balancing customer needs, driver safety, and operational efficiency with calm, steady leadership. At Guardian Fleet Services, dispatchers don't just send trucks—they keep the mission moving.Job SummaryThe Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and dispatching light, medium, and heavy‑duty tow trucks to service calls, accident scenes, and customer requests. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to multitask under pressure, and a solid understanding of towing operations.
