Position Title: CSfC Engineer
Location: Linthicum, MD Employment Type: Full-Time
Clearance Level: Top Secret/ SCI Key Responsibilities
The CSfC Engineer will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
• Provide engineering support for updates to:
o Mobile Access Capability Package
o Campus WLAN Capability Package
o MSC Capability Package
o Enterprise Grey Annex
• Support development, revision, and maintenance of CSfC documentation, including CPs and annexes.
• Participate in implementation, integration, and testing of CSfC solutions within the MIC lab.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure CSfC compliance, technical accuracy, and alignment with mission requirements.
• Assist with troubleshooting, validation, and verification of secure communications solutions.
• Support planning and execution of future CSfC capability updates as required. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Background in secure communications engineering.
• Strong experience in network engineering, including:
o Enterprise networks
o Wireless networking (WLAN)
• Familiarity with Commercial Solutions for Classified (CSfC) architectures, principles, and processes.
• Experience supporting technical documentation and system implementation/testing efforts.
• Ability to work effectively in a lab environment supporting integration and validation activities. Desired Qualifications
• Prior experience working with CSfC Capability Packages and annex documentation.
• Experience supporting mobile or wireless classified communications solutions.
• Familiarity with DoD or Intelligence Community network security standards.
• Active security clearance (if applicable).
