A Day in the LifeWe're looking for a Systems Engineer with strong project management skills to provide the engineering and project management for end-to-end data flows in support of Data Transformation Solutions. The successful candidate will elicit and refine requirements, schedule work breakdowns to deliverables, document artifacts, and provide roadmaps and schedules for implementing end-to-end data flows, including transformation into a standard data model. The individual will form good customer relationships and reach out to external customers for requirements and understanding of the data and the data needs of the users. They will have a good understanding of the customer data flow architecture and will work as a key contributor in an agile development environment.Additional ResponsibilitiesWorking knowledge of data collection and processing through analysis or data flow engineering.General understanding of how data is processed and the necessary steps to stand up a new data flow.What you bring to the table6+ years of experience as a Systems EngineerBachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution. Five (5) additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.Demonstrated experience leading agile development ceremoniesExperience developing and updating technical documentationActive TS/SCI with Polygraph level of security clearanceCompensation and BenefitsOur total compensation package includes a competitive base salary and benefits such as health, life/disability, 401(k), paid time off, professional development, and generous bonus programs.Salary range: $120,000 - $170,000.Benefits include 10% 401(k) contributions, up to 5 weeks of leave, 11 paid floating holidays, 100% coverage of health/dental/vision premiums, $5,250 per year toward education and training, up to $300 per year on company branded merchandise, optional company gym access, and company events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
