You'll coordinate schedules, manage service requests, and ensure that our technicians and customers are aligned, informed, and fully supported every step of the way.ResponsibilitiesManaging real-time dispatch boards (manual and electronic) to ensure technician schedules are up to dateCommunicating service updates, customer needs, and schedule changes to technicians and managementTracking service history, updates, and customer communications in the databaseCoordinating daily schedules to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and timely completion of workVerifying technician check-ins/outs and confirming IVR complianceEnsuring technicians have the correct parts and POs to complete jobs successfullyProviding world-class support to internal teams and customers — always with professionalism and urgencyCollaborating with Regional Service Managers to clear and schedule new callsManaging data entry, purchasing, and internal support for your assigned regionThis is a role that requires precision, adaptability, and a strong commitment to excellence.Benefits & GrowthWe believe when you take care of your people, they take care of everything else.
