Members of ORN are considered for assignments based upon client requirements, operational needs, qualifications, licensing, geographic location, and availability.This is an ongoing recruitment initiative designed to build and maintain operational readiness. Qualified applicants may be considered for current and future assignments as opportunities arise.Primary ResponsibilitiesDepending upon client requirements and assignment scope, Executive Protection Specialists may be responsible for:Executive and dignitary protectionProtective advance planningProtective intelligence supportExecutive movement coordinationCorporate executive securityPolitical executive protectionExecutive travel supportProtective site assessmentsVenue liaison and coordinationSecurity coordination with law enforcement, venue management, and client representativesIncident documentation and post-assignment reportingRepresenting The Simon Agency with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentAssignments may range from single-day protective details to extended domestic or international travel support.Minimum QualificationsApplicants should possess one or more of the following:Executive Protection experienceFederal, state, or local law enforcement experienceMilitary serviceCorporate security experienceHigh-profile event security experienceDignitary protection experienceApplicants must also possess:Exceptional professionalism and integrityStrong interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent situational awarenessSound judgment and decision-making abilitiesAbility to maintain strict confidentialityValid driver's licenseLegal authorization to work within the United StatesAbility to travel as operational requirements dictatePreferred QualificationsPreference may be given to applicants possessing:Current state security licenses (must have)HR218 / LEOSA credentials (where applicable)CPR / AED certificationTactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC/TCCC)EMT or Paramedic certificationProtective Intelligence experienceProtective advance planning experienceIncident Command System (ICS) trainingInternational executive protection experienceValid passport without travel restrictionsForeign language proficiencyProfessional StandardsExecutive protection extends far beyond physical presence.
