White Cap is hiring a Dispatcher to support our nationwide delivery operations. The role involves planning schedules, optimizing routes, and ensuring accurate delivery documentation.Responsibilities Plan delivery schedules and optimize delivery vehicle routes.Address delivery issues with customers and provide resolution.Ensure that the invoice and load are correct prior to departure.Record all in- and out-times of vehicles.Maintain vehicle maintenance and repair records.Record availability status of vehicles.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications 2–5 years of experience in a similar dispatcher or logistics role.Knowledge of the geographic area served.Experience using Descartes routing software.Spanish language proficiency preferred.Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision coverage.401(k) with company match.Tuition reimbursement.Paid maternity, parental leave, sick time, and vacation time.#J-18808-Ljbffr
