A Bardi dispatcher:
- Meets daily revenue goals by prioritizing the most urgent and profitable calls
- Relays accurate information to technicians, ensuring proficient, quality customer experiences
- Manages the whereabouts and needs of every technician in the field
- Correctly closes out every job assuring technicians assign all tasks, materials, costs, etc.
- Responds to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand
- Updates customers throughout the day on the technician's progress
- Ensures that follow-up calls are identified and scheduled in a timely manner
- Updates and continually looks out for Service Titan customer data inconsistencies and records needs/discrepancies
What does it take?
- Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities
- Previous experience in home services dispatching: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, pest control, etc.
- IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems
- Be knowledgeable about Bardi products, services, and offer them to the customer in a pleasant professional manner. Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to build trust, diffuse conflict and hold others accountable
- Must be able to clear a drug test and background check
