This role leads the effort to efficiently and effectively provide end‑to‑end S&LP services across all assigned operational business units. The position reports to the SLP Cluster Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify vulnerabilities and conduct root cause analysis using data to define mitigating actions while ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards.Actively monitor and report outcomes for systems and tools that generate data indicating site/region opportunities.Manage confidential investigations and prepare prompt reports of theft, fraud, and workplace violence/critical incidents.Utilize continuous improvement to drive process enhancements and increase efficiency.Serve as the department's liaison and security/crisis management subject‑matter expert, keeping site leadership informed on key issues, strategies and performance.Identify, promote and implement security best practices while effectively partnering with internal customers to evaluate current and future security needs, processes and initiatives.Travel domestically and regionally up to 50% of the time when applicable.Lifting up to 49 pounds and performing physical tasks such as pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching; work up to 12 hours per shift; work nights, weekends and holidays.Support 24/7 operations, working all shifts.Day in the LifeAs an SLP Expert, you will conduct physical security audits, investigate policy violations, analyze data reports, and interview stakeholders. You will maintain the physical integrity of our sites and collaborate with internal experts and external suppliers to ensure high‑quality security services.
