Title: Security Worker - Guinness Brewery Facilities Requisition #: 563202Location: halethorpe, MD, US, 21227Job Description The Security Worker is responsible for maintaining the security of people and/or property in assigned area(s). Responsibilities may include but are not limited to, assisting clients, customers, and visitors to and on site, enforcing site regulations, reporting safety hazards, assisting with traffic control, etc. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.COMPENSATION: The hourly rate for this position is $ 17.00 to $ 17.00 . If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. Benefits vary by location and are subject to any legal requirements or limitations, employee eligibility status, and where the employee lives and/or works.Job Responsibilities Provides internal/external patrol of buildings and surrounding propertyLocks and unlocks doors to permit entry at appropriate timesChecks buildings and work areas when not open for businessMonitors cameras, alarm systems, access control and admits appropriate personnel per authorized staff listsConducts ongoing inspections of buildings and grounds to detect safety violations and hazardsPrepares Safety Condition Reports and work orders where appropriateResponds to all emergency situationsEstablishes contact with local Fire/Police officials for assistanceTakes possession of found propertyEscorts guests, visitors, and employeesConducts investigations and inspectionsPrepares accurate and complete written reportsMaintains strict confidentiality of security informationProvides non-liable information to guests, visitors, and staffControls parking and vehicular trafficDemonstrates professional behaviorProtects property and staff by maintaining safe and secure surroundingsMonitors and controls access at building entrances and admits appropriate personnel and/or guestsEnsures security of company assetsAt Aramark, developing new skills and doing what it takes to get the job done make a positive impact for our employees and for our customers.
