Senior Intelligence BrieferJob Location: Fort Belvoir, VAResponsibilitiesPeraton is seeking a highly experienced Senior Intelligence Briefer to support the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and broader Department of Defense (DoD) intelligence community. In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor and communicator, delivering high-impact intelligence assessments to senior government officials, flag officers, and Senior Executive Service (SES) personnel. You will synthesize complex, multi-source intelligence into clear, concise, and actionable briefings that directly inform national security decision-making.Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and ad hoc intelligence briefings to senior NRO and DoD leadership, including flag officers, SES officials, and Congressional staff.Synthesize all-source intelligence (SIGINT, GEOINT, HUMINT, OSINT, MASINT) into coherent, decision-ready products.Collaborate with intelligence analysts, collection managers, and program offices to ensure briefing accuracy and relevance.Develop and maintain briefing materials, talking points, read-aheads, and executive summaries.Monitor and assess evolving geopolitical situations, adversary capabilities, and space/overhead collection priorities.Coordinate with IC partners (CIA, DIA, NSA, NGA) to integrate community-wide assessments.Support crisis response operations and provide real-time situational awareness to senior decision-makers.Maintain strict adherence to classification handling, dissemination controls, and information security protocols.Mentor junior briefers and analysts; contribute to team training and professional development.QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSActive TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.Minimum of 12 years applicable experience w/o a degree, 10 years with AS/AA, 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA, or 4 years with PhD.4+ years of direct experience as an intelligence briefer or senior analyst delivering products to senior leadership (O‑6/GS‑15 and above).Deep familiarity with NRO mission areas, overhead collection systems, and space-based intelligence capabilities.Demonstrated expertise in all-source intelligence analysis and multi‑INT fusion.Exceptional oral and written communication skills; ability to translate complex technical and analytical content for non‑technical audiences.Proficiency with IC tools and systems (e.g., Palantir, Analyst Notebook, IC‑specific databases).Strong understanding of the DoD and IC organizational structures, authorities, and processes.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrior experience briefing at the NRO, DIA, NGA, or equivalent IC agency.Familiarity with GEOINT tradecraft and space systems intelligence.Experience supporting COCOM or Joint Staff intelligence operations.Bachelor's degree or higher in Political Science, International Relations, Intelligence Studies, or a related field.Graduate‑level education or professional certifications (e.g., CACI, ODNI‑sponsored programs) a plus.Experience with Congressional or interagency liaison functions.WORK LOCATION: Fort Belvoir, VATarget Salary Range$104,000 - $166,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
