The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience with a strong background in E-2, L-1, TN , and other employment-based immigration matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing firm with a supportive, collaborative environment and a clear path for professional growth.Key Responsibilities Prepare and file a wide range of business immigration petitions, including E-2, L-1A/B, TN, H-1B, O-1, and employment-based green cards (EB-1, EB-2, NIW, EB-3).Analyze complex immigration issues and develop tailored strategies for individual and corporate clients.Advise clients on compliance, documentation, and process management.Draft strong legal arguments and supporting documentation for USCIS and consular filings.Collaborate with paralegals and staff to ensure timely and accurate filings.Stay current on changes in immigration law and policy and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.Qualifications J.D. from an accredited U.S. law school.Admission to practice law in at least one U.S. state.Minimum 3 years of experience in business immigration law with demonstrated experience in E-2, L-1, and TN visa processing.Strong legal writing and research skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills and client-focused mindset.Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us Work with a highly respected firm and immigration thought leader.Competitive compensation and performance-based bonuses.
