Job Details Job Location: 96 Toledo OH 2 - Toledo, OH 43612Position Type: DispatchTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Shift: 8hrJob Category: IC1Position Summary This position is responsible for executing a daily plan for movement of all freight within an assigned area.Essential Functions Assess customer needs and timing of deliveries.Manage daily delivery schedule for drivers.Lead and mentor dispatching staff.Plan deliveries to inventory‑managed retail gas outlets.Receive orders from suppliers, gas station dealers, and renewable fuels distributors.Provide frontline customer service for existing accounts.Answer all incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.Monitor e‑mail for incoming orders, inventory updates, and communication between team members.Monitor web portals for station inventories.Solicit freight from customers.Create loads in dispatch system.Divide dispatch responsibilities with other team members.Enter incidents into KITS (incident reporting system).Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor Degree preferred.5 years of dispatching experience.Excellent conflict resolution and skills.Effective oral, written and interpersonal communication skills.Additional Expectations Promote positive work habits including effective and timely communication, teamwork and respect for co‑workers.Provide constructive guidance to other employees and representatives of third parties.Contribute to providing the highest quality of products and services to customers.#J-18808-Ljbffr
