Your daily tasks will include but not limited to data entry, scheduling and providing customer service to employees and contractors. Your core skills and prior experience in a high call volume environment will contribute to your daily tasks.Responsibilities Answering incoming calls at high volumesProviding customer service to the business unitProvide adequate feedback to all callers.Collaborate with team to ensure communication complianceMaintain organization in your work areaInput data and document calls.Display exceptional customer service and communication skillsMust have exceptional experience with writing and reading daily activity reportsCommunicate employment guidelinesProcessing calling-outsAssigning staff coverage "Scheduling"Data entry- creating and submitting documents, reports, and other data requestedResponding and sending emails, answering Text messages, checking voicemails, and scanning DocumentsKeeping accurate call record including notes.Qualifications Multi-taskingEfficiency with Microsoft officeSchedulingSecurity experience is a plusHigh call volume experienceDetail orientedAbility to problem solvePrevious call center/dispatch experienceAdditional Information / Benefits Benefits: Medical Insurance, Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, Paid Vacation, Paid Sick Days, Paid HolidaysThis is a Full-Time position 2nd Shift , Weekends .#J-18808-Ljbffr
