This is an exceptional opportunity for an engineer with a combination of technical expertise, program leadership experience, and the ability to interface with customers to drive innovation, collaboration, and excellence in a fast‑paced, growing organization.Responsibilities:Set the technical vision and direction for programs, collaborating with internal technical staff and external customersLead multidisciplinary teams developing algorithms, software, cloud, and data management solutionsManage program execution, ensuring schedule and budget adherence, and overseeing successful program deliveryCultivate strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders, advocating for MORSE's technology and servicesIdentify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding our portfolio and driving long‑term growthProvide technical oversight and guidance to program team membersRequirements:US Citizenship and ability to obtain and maintain a Security ClearanceBachelor's or Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on AI/ML, cloud computing, and/or decision systemsProven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing high‑performing technical teamsDeep understanding of software development principles, methods, and toolsStrong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, with the capacity to absorb complex technical information quicklyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and persuasively to both technical and non‑technical audiencesExperience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practicesFamiliarity with cloud computing platforms and infrastructure is nice to haveCompensation and Benefits:MORSE Corp's salary range for this role carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to, prior experience, education, skills and expertise, location, internal equity, and other factors that are job related and consistent with business need. Therefore, final offer amounts may vary from the amount stated. Depending on role eligibility, total compensation may also include bonus, stock, 401(k) match, paid time off, medical, dental, vision and life insurance.Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year. MORSE maintains an “open” leave policy that does not restrict exempt, regular full‑time employees to a specific number of paid sick or vacation days.
