You will lead AI and Agentic SDLC assessments, shape high-impact use cases, and guide teams in adopting AI agents, human-in-the-loop governance, and outcome-based ways of working.ResponsibilitiesHelp clients understand where Agentic Engineering can create measurable value across their SDLCLead Agentic AI readiness assessments, maturity evaluations, workflow analysis, and use case prioritizationGuide clients through a structured adoption journey, including kickoff, pre-assessment, assessment, enablement, and scale-outEnable delivery teams through hands‑on coaching, workshops, playbooks, practical exercises, and adoption supportShape project‑specific Agentic SDLC adoption approaches based on the client's current tools, team maturity, workflows, governance needs, and delivery goalsWork closely with Intelligence Engineers, architects, delivery leaders, project managers, business analysts, and client stakeholders to connect strategy with executionContribute to the evolution of SoftServe's Agentic Engineering methodology, assessment frameworks, enablement playbooks, training materials, and consulting assetsHelp organizations move beyond AI experimentation and build repeatable, scalable, and governed agentic practicesRequirementsAbility to operate in a consulting‑oriented role with strong understanding of software delivery, SDLC practices, Agile ways of working, and engineering team operationsProven experience as an ArchitectExperience in customer‑facing consulting, discovery, assessments, workshops, and enablement programsAbility to structure ambiguous client needs into clear actions and outcomesFamiliarity with Agentic AI, GenAI tools, AI‑assisted engineering, and how AI agents support SDLC phasesAbility to analyze delivery processes, team practices, tools, bottlenecks, AI usage, and readiness for agentic adoptionStrong skills in facilitating workshops, stakeholder interviews, and enablement sessionsAbility to identify high‑value Agentic SDLC use cases, assess feasibility, and shape adoption recommendations based on business impact, technical readiness, organizational maturity, and riskStrong skills in translating complex concepts into business languageExperience supporting delivery teams in applying agentic practices in real workflowsAbility to define adoption plans, success metrics, operating models, roles, and scaling strategiesStrong skills in communication, stakeholder management, facilitation, structured thinking, and documentation, with ability to drive clarity, pragmatism, and momentumSoftServe is an equal opportunity employer.
