ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this position will ensure an accurate vehicle inventory and prevent the loss of company assets. Areas of responsibilities will include but are not limited to:Check units in and out of the auctionEnsure units have the corresponding dealer number on the windshieldAssist moving units up in the check in lineSet up cones and direct traffic as neededReceive and direct tow units or repos, and stamp/sign BOL'sTurn in Bill of Ladings to the correct binIssue keys to dealers and transporters and update notesIssue gate passes after hours and fill out gate release formUtilize window lock boxes on the windows of inoperable consignment vehiclesShut hoods and roll up windows of units whenever observedKeep work area clean, police trash at all timesAssist customers with locating units, jump starting units, lockouts, gasoline/fuel and air in tires of unitsPush units with the push truck/cart when neededEscort unauthorized personnel off the property and notify police when necessaryEnsure all doors are locked and lights are outSecure all entrances to lotPatrol buildings/lot/perimeter overnight every two hours checking for breachesMonitor camerasComplete nightly activity reportsReceive and pass on information from shift to shiftClear path and guide first responders to the area of emergencyRespond to accidents on the property and fill out and turn in lot damage/theft reportsFollow all other directions and complete tasks as instructed by managementSkillsAbility to remain calm in stressful situationsArticulateGood verbal and written communication skillsAble to resolve problem issues for employees and customersAbility to lead by exampleGood reasoning skillsSafety consciousValid Texas Driver's License#J-18808-Ljbffr
