Amentum is seeking highly motivated, self-starting Counterintelligence AnalystApplicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Must have a Top Secret‑SCI clearance.ResponsibilitiesProvide mid-level analytic expertise to the DCSA CI Analysis Division (AD) to identify, assess, and disrupt threats to cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA. Facilitate USG responses to adversary action by sharing threat indicators and enabling responsive measures from other agencies and services and enabling the development and operationalization of enterprise security risk management methodology across Government and industry stakeholders. Produce IC‑coordinated all‑source intelligence analytic products on foreign intelligence entities' capabilities, intentions, willingness, and opportunities to threaten U.S. Department of Defense personnel, resources, activities, and interests worldwide. Analysis is comprised of regional and functional CI topics, including foreign intelligence threats to the Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP) and DoD supply chains and emerging technologies, and threats from foreign intelligence technical equipment to the DoD. Provide analytic support to senior officials, collectors, and operators throughout the DoD, IC, and law enforcement agencies/organizations and for DCSA's CI programs, functions, and mission activities.Conduct analytical research that establishes or refutes Foreign Intelligence Entities (FIE) threat to U.S. technologies, information, and supply chains impacting cleared industry, cleared personnel, DOD, and DCSA.Responsible for processing, updating, and tracking cases, actions, products, and reviews in the identified system of record and other databases.Conduct CI analysis to identify and assess FIE threats.Research, synthesize, exploit, evaluate, and analyze all-source reporting on FIE targeting U.S. government critical technologies, programs, information, and supply chains.Conduct all-source, business, security, and intelligence‑related research and analysis, including, but not limited to, commercial subscription tools (e.g., Bloomberg), open‑source research, government databases, and intelligence reporting aimed at U.S. and foreign companies and affiliated parties while producing Threat Information Reports (TIRs).Develop analytical products that effectively articulate FIE threat.Demonstrate analytic integrity, rigor, and tradecraft standards by adhering to applicable IC Directives and DoD Instructions.Produce analytic products within established time.Disseminate intelligence information to customers and stakeholders.Some locations may require local travel within the U.S.Working with teams and independently required.RequirementsActive TS‑SCI clearance required.Desired experience: At least 8 years of experience conducting analysis relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.Desired education: Bachelor's degree in an area related to the labor category from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.Minimum 8 years' experience in:Applying data analysis, trend analysis, and problem‑solving techniques.Identifying trends, patterns, anomalies, and recommending solutions.Communicating intelligence information verbally and in writing.Using data systems such as NISS, DISS, NCCS, AMPS WebFLIS, ACCESS, or other security and supply‑related data systems.Conducting strategic communications with key stakeholders, including preparing written reports, leading conferences, and giving briefings.Conducting research effectively and efficiently at classified and unclassified levels (i.e., SharePoint, Microsoft Office Tools, etc.).Be knowledgeable of data manipulation within databases and Microsoft software packages.Superior oral and written communication skills, and a good command of the English language.High proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Organizational skills.May be required to lift general office items (20‑30 lbs).Expected in office work five days a week with occasional telework that is dependent on the government's needs.U.S. driver's license and be capable of operating government vehicles.PreferredDCSA and DoD work experience.Proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental DemandsThis is an in‑office position, with no unusual hazards, occasional lifting up to 20‑30 lbs., constant sitting while using a computer, constant use of sight abilities while reviewing documents, constant use of speech/hearing abilities to communicate, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills, and must be able to work under deadlines.Compensation Details$85,000.00 – $90,000.00Benefits OverviewOur health and welfare benefits are designed to support you and your priorities.
