Indotronix is seeking an Onsite Job: Production/Inventory Coordinator A Work Location: San Antonio, TX Shift: Variable (1st & 2nd Shift) Clearance: Secret Clearance (Post Start) Education: High School Diploma/GED Job Description: * Route materials to designated storage locations following established storage procedures. * Conduct inventory of stored materials and report any damage or deterioration. * Remove, issue, and prepare materials for shipment. * Review and analyze production scheduling requirements to ensure material availability. * Identify and resolve material, inventory, scheduling, and configuration control issues. * Perform inventory tracking and maintain material accuracy. * Order parts, tools, materials, and equipment as required. * Comply with safety regulations, tool control, FOD, housekeeping, inventory control, and company policies. * Support production operations and perform additional duties as assigned. Must Haves: * 1+ years of warehouse inventory experience with parts accuracy and accountability. * Computer proficiency. * Ability to obtain a forklift license. * Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. * High School Diploma/GED. Preferred: * Experience supporting production scheduling and inventory management. * Experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense environments. * Knowledge of material control and configuration management processes. Education/Experience: Typically acquired through basic education (High School Diploma/GED) with relevant warehouse, inventory, or production support experience.
