We're looking for a skilled geospatial and remote sensing analyst who can turn that data into mission critical information. If that sounds like you, we have an opportunity for you to use your geospatial analysis skills to transform the way we use geospatial data to support Intelligence.As a geospatial and remote sensing analyst at Booz Allen, you'll work with a team of analysts to extract meaning and context from a variety of data sources. Using resources like ArcGIS, ArcView, ArcIMS, and RemoteView, you'll develop new ways to find patterns and connections to answer the Intelligence Community's needs.On our team, you'll also use your skills to leverage satellite and airborne remote sensing solutions, and you'll analyze data to assess meaning and potential intent. You'll develop geospatial solutions for priorities like infrastructure, topography, human geography, and intelligence. Your visualization skills will come in handy as you build cartographic products to make sure the Intelligence Community has the timely information it needs.You'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as we work through challenges and develop workflows. This is an opportunity to broaden your skill set while developing products to drive Intelligence Community initiatives forward.Work with us as we turn data into knowledge to support our warfighters.You Have:1+ years of experience in digital cartography, Cartographic and Geospatial production techniques, remote sensing, photogrammetry, or digital data formats1+ years of experience participating in or directing the activities of highly skilled technical and analytical teams responsible for developing solutions to highly complex analytical or intelligence problems1+ years of experience in Geospatial Information Systems tools such as ArcView, ArcGIS, Remote View, ArcIMS, ERDAS Imagine, Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Fireworks, Photoshop, HTML, or FrameMaker1+ years of experience creating visual aids such as graphs or charts and drafting, editing, and proofreading documents for publishing1+ years of experience with MS Office, data mining, and developing, manipulating, and maintaining databasesActive TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph examBachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or geospatial analysis, or 15+ years of experience in all-source intelligence analysis or geospatial analysis in lieu of a degreeNice If You Have:1+ years of experience with research techniques and tools and locating desired data in Open Source databases or other searchable data locations1+ years of experience with geospatial policies such as International Policy, Co-Production, and dissemination of dataClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The projected compensation range for this position is $62,000.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
