Job DescriptionACampusSecurity Associateis responsible formaintaininga safe and secure environment for all associates and visitors and to protect all other assets of the company.This job is located at our Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.HoursPart Time 2pm - 8pm, weekends off.Essential FunctionsMust be able to quickly respond, on foot, to locations throughout the facilitiesMust be able to view information on a computer monitor and CCTV screenMust have a valid motor vehicle operator's licenseMust have good verbal and written communication skillsWhat will you be doing?Directing visitors and controlling access at all entry pointsWriting incident/accident reports on issues that occur on the campusMonitoring CCTV,securityand fire suppression systemsPatrolling and securing areas inside and outside the facilitiesAdministering first aidRestricting inbound/outbound truck access at each of the Distribution CentersReport and address safety concernsWhat will you need to bring?Possess a High School diploma or equivalentPrevious work experience, or education in a Security related field a plusExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and follow through on issues in a timely mannerAbility to maintain a high levelof confidentialityStrong public relations skillsAbility to work independentlySuccessful completion of criminal background investigation and department training programABERCROMBIE & FITCH CO.
