Duties

You will provide technical oversight and management of facility infrastructure projects as a Subject Matter Expert for planning, design, and construction processes.

You will provide technical guidance, advice, and recommendations to Facilities Leadership on problems and critical matters pertaining to assigned division operations and programs.

You will provide oversight of safety rules identified in Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations and EM-385 United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Safety and Health Requirements Manual.

You will coordinate with contractors performing site surveys to prepare cost proposals and evaluate project proposals and make recommendations to manage and contracting officers regarding contract awards.
