Job Title Specialist, Industrial Security (CPSO)Job Code 40584Location Chantilly, VASchedule 9/80 (Every other Friday off)Job Description The Industrial Security (CPSO) is responsible for managing and directing security related issues for the assigned SCIF. This position's responsibilities include managing the SCIF personnel security portfolio and implementing all requisite national security directives with emphasis on Intelligence Community Directives, 32 CFR Part 117 and other governing directives.Essential FunctionsMaintain and update multiple personnel security databases, including DISS, SIMS, and various IC customer‑specific systemsPartner with Contractor Special Security Officers to provide customer service to various programs and customersGenerate, receive, and track classified visit requestsSupport security awareness and education programsAct as Title50 Foreign Travel point of contact for the organizationConduct RFA nominations, polygraph requests, and SF86 reviews and submissionsEnsure subcontractor compliance with all PERSEC requirementsParticipate in Government Security Compliance Inspections and corrective action activitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers, both security and program/technical representativesQualificationsRequires practical knowledge of job area. Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree or equivalent with 2 years of prior related experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility; eligibility for CI PolygraphBenefits and CompensationIn compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Virginia is $76,500 - $141,500.
