Security Officer Front Desk Full Time

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, visitor reception duties, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Monitor access to the location by greeting visitors, verifying identification and/or credentials, managing sign-in processes, and directing guests, patients, and staff according to site protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report concerns to site contacts, supervisors, and/or emergency personnel as needed; Support a professional healthcare location environment by answering questions, observing front desk activity for unusual behavior, and helping to deter unauthorized access through consistent security-related practices; Complete required logs, incident reports, and other documentation related to visitor activity, deliveries, calls, and/or security-related events in a timely manner
