Security Officer Entry Control Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or drivers by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a busy logistics and distribution location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, manage visitor and/or delivery access, and document arrivals, departures, and restricted area activity according to post orders; Respond to incidents, access exceptions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, loading areas, trailer lots, gates, and perimeter, recognizing and reporting unusual conditions and/or unauthorized activity; Support security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs, communicating with site personnel, and helping to deter policy violations, theft, and/or trespassing through consistent presence and procedure compliance
