Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as appropriate; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor and vendor authorization, and document arrivals, departures, and unusual activity in accordance with property guidelines; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating security-related issues according to post procedures; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter points, to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity; Communicate with residents, property staff, and visitors regarding community rules, delivery access, and guest entry procedures while supporting a professional residential environment
