Security Officer Part Time Access Coordinator

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor entry and exit points, verify visitor authorization, check identification and/or credentials as required, and document arrivals, departures, and other security-related activity; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with property management and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of lobbies, gates, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns; Support package, delivery, and vendor access procedures, maintain accurate logs and reports, and follow post orders related to residential property access and community rules
