Armed Security Officer - Day Shift

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and communicating with local law enforcement when needed for an armed post; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for unusual behavior, access issues, and/or potential policy violations, and report findings according to site procedures; Assist with de-escalation, crowd management, and incident response during busy shopping periods, special events, and/or closing procedures while maintaining a professional presence
