Security Officer Building Access Control

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with local management and/or emergency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefront areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the outer perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized behavior.; Monitor entry and exit activity, assist with access control practices, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations to the appropriate contact.; Support closing and opening routines, observe customer and employee activity, and provide visible presence throughout the location to help promote an orderly environment.
