Security Officer Second Shift - Office Building

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document security-related concerns according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or conditions that may require follow-up.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access, observe visitor activity, and report security-related issues to site contacts and/or local responders when appropriate.; Assist with de-escalation, provide directions and general assistance, and communicate professionally with site personnel during routine operations and/or unexpected events.
