Security Officer - Reception Associate

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific procedures, greeting visitors, verifying access credentials, and directing guests, vendors, and/or associates as appropriate.; Monitor entry activity, review identification and/or visitor logs, and help to deter unauthorized access through attentive front desk presence and adherence to location protocols.; Respond to incidents, questions, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Complete required reports, document security-related events, and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of front desk operations.
