The Scion Group - 1001 Speight Avenue - Responsibilities: Perform nightly patrols of the community, looking for vandalism and suspicious activity; Maintain a nightly log of patrols and reports; Provide documentation on issues to the General Manager on a bi-weekly basis; Report disturbances, maintenance concerns or unsafe conditions to the General Manager with pertinent information; Respond to resident complaints and community disturbances and to resident calls promptly
