Security Officer Dispatch Clearance Required

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or callers by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency communication practices at an aerospace and defense location.; Monitor communication systems, receive calls for service, dispatch appropriate personnel, and document security-related incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Respond to incidents and critical situations by coordinating notifications, relaying accurate information to site contacts and/or first responders, and supporting timely emergency response activities.; Maintain detailed logs, reports, and dispatch records, helping to support compliance with site policies, post orders, and other security-related procedures.; Conduct regular and random patrol support through remote monitoring and status checks, helping to deter unauthorized activity around the business and perimeter when applicable to the location.
