Security Officer Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity, unsecured access points, and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and other assigned areas to help support authorized access, visitor processing, and adherence to site rules and reporting protocols; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agencies as needed; Prepare reports, maintaining logs, and reporting maintenance, life protection, and/or security-related issues observed during patrols and inspections
