Security Officer Access Control Patrol Agent

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and follow post orders for deliveries, contractors, and after-hours access; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Complete incident reports and report maintenance, policy, and other security-related concerns to appropriate personnel
