Security Officer Enhanced Part Time - Apartment Complex

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details to property management and/or emergency services when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or maintenance concerns; Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and help to deter unauthorized entry by following post orders and documenting security-related incidents; Complete routine logs, incident reports, and shift activity records while communicating noteworthy conditions and/or resident concerns to the appropriate contacts
