Security Officer - Access Operations

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out access control procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a government location.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification and/or credentials, and document visitor, vehicle, and delivery activity in accordance with post instructions.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors, site contacts, and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the location, restricted areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and report unusual activity.; Support security-related operations by maintaining accurate logs, preparing routine reports, and following established procedures for inspections, screening, and/or restricted access areas.
