Security Officer Residential Community Complex

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while following post instructions and Allied Universal protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points and observe for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or maintenance-related concerns, then report findings through appropriate channels; Support daily operations by documenting incidents, communicating with site contacts and/or first responders, and assisting with directed security-related tasks as needed
