Security Officer Driver Patrol Coverage

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by following site-specific procedures; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity; Monitor access points, observe visitor activity, and report maintenance concerns, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior; Assist with routine security-related inquiries and follow Allied Universal post orders
