Security Officer Full Time Housing Facility

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, visitors, staff, and/or agency partners by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, exits, common areas, and perimeter spaces, helping to deter unauthorized activity and policy violations; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify permissions when required, and support orderly movement of people throughout the location in accordance with posted rules and directives; Assist with de-escalation during resident and/or visitor interactions, provide clear directions, and communicate with supervisors and public sector representatives regarding security-related concerns or unusual activity
