Security Officer Driver Patrol Unit

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, associates, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading zones, and the perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assist with crowd and/or line management during busy periods, and report suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or hazards to the appropriate personnel.; Support loss prevention and store operations by observing for unusual activity, assisting with de-escalation when appropriate, and following post orders related to retail theft, trespassing, and/or after-hours procedures.
