Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, visitors, and staff at the front desk by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate; Monitor lobby and entrance activity, assist with access control practices, and help deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence and clear communication; Respond to incidents, guest concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site leadership and/or emergency services when needed; Support front desk operations by verifying visitor information, maintaining required logs and reports, and directing guests and deliveries in accordance with location protocols; Maintain a professional presence to support a welcoming environment
