Security Officer Access Control

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific policies, managing front desk activities, and supporting emergency response activities when appropriate; Monitor access to the location by verifying visitors, checking credentials, maintaining visitor logs, and reporting unusual or suspicious activity to the appropriate contacts; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate clearly with residents, visitors, management, and/or emergency personnel as needed; Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide directions or assistance with general questions while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns at the front desk; Complete required reports, document daily activities and/or incidents, and relay important information during shift changes to support continuity of front desk operations
