In addition, SHM offers eligible employees benefits such as:Full Benefits Package Including 401(k) Plan Orthodontic Coverage Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Paid Parental Leave Fertility Assistance Relocation Opportunities Paid Uniforms Boating DiscountsThe Guard is responsible to protect property and personnel by patrolling the facility and acting as access control for visitors.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesMaintain security of premises by conducting inside and outside patrols of the secure facilityMaintain a professional appearance, uniform and manner at all timesCoordinate with police, fire and emergency medical personnel when necessaryProvide customer service by making sure doors are secure and vehicles display proper permitsMake sure any trespasses or crimes are reported to the local police authoritiesComplete daily activity log and monitor camera systemMonitor areas for safety hazards including theft and vandalismAvailability to work overtime when requiredOther duties as assigned by ManagerSafety and Environmental ResponsibilitiesFollow SHM Safety and Environmental rules and complete required related training.Wear proper personal protective equipment as required for the task or work area.
